what's fermenting?

- 225 litre barrel of Baco Noir 2003
- 23 litres strawberry (amazing nose)
- 23 litres Cabernet
- 19 litres Riesling
- 23 litres peach mead
- 50 litres barrel of chardonnay (to start this week)
Also in the works, possibly:
- Some Gamay
- Zinfandel?
- A faux ice wine?
- Cider
- Perry (have frozen pears for this)
