My KA is an old 5-quart, the bowl lifts to the mixing head; the head
does not tilt. I like it. It easily handles dough for two loaves at a
time. And I usually make three loaves from the recipe (5 cups flour)
because I don't like the bread sitting around for very long. I cut one
and freeze two.
