I can't take my current dog in the car because he is an idiot. Previous
dogs have been much better behaved and loved going for car rides. It's
not good to leave them in a car on a hot summer day because it can get
too hot inside the car. If the weather is below 70 and windows are left
part way open a dog should be fine. I have no problem leaving my dogs in
the car in the winter. It is no colder than they would be outside. The
only problem is the condensation freezing on the windows.
