You know, I just had second thoughts here :-) One of the dipping sauces
used for Steak Fondue is Curry Mayonnaise. Perhaps that might work for a
hot dog cooked any way you like.

Curry Mayonnaise is sometimes supposed to be made just by adding
uncooked curry powder to mayo but is much improved if the curry powder
is cooked until aromatic with a little chopped onion and lemon juice,
to taste, is added to the sauce.
