At my Costco you have a choice. There will be a lot of avocados
perfect for making guac -- restaurants and the like usually pick those
up. Then there will be the green marbles that you take home a baby
sit. You knew, didn't you, that you could put them in the fridge when
they reach desired softness and they will keep for about a week or so?
