Obviously my lemon zest is a lot finer than yours. It dries literally
in just a few hours on the foggiest, rainiest of days and it's so fine
that I don't need to do anything to it to be able to shake it out with
no problems. Sounds like you need to borrow a microplane and give it
a test run... or are you really talking about lemon peel?
