sHemp is full of shit as usual. I spent 12 years as the head
electrician for a large management company but I didn't work for them.
I was contracted out by a contractor. They did the same thing with a
painter, carpenter, and HVAC guy. When we didn't have a build-out or
tennant work we did maintenence and got organized. The building the
main office was in had an atrium that was maintained by a contracted
full time person. The porter, matron, and cleaning crew were also
contracted out.

You're being very generous with your "20 year unaware period." He's
clueless and always has been.
