I have several very ripe bananas on hand, and was going to freeze them
to use for baking in the future, but every Sunday our family comes over,
so always have something baked up, and muffins seem to always go over. I
make banana bread often, but was wondering if anyone would care to share
a recipe for muffins?

I could probably make a cake batter and put them in the paper liners for
cupcakes and bake, but would like more of a muffin texture.
