Thank you for your recipe too, Cea! That sounds good with both brown and
granulated sugar in it. I have two favorite banana bread recipes
(different from this one) and never thought about just using one of
those and make muffins instead of bread. Am thinking the grandchildren
might rather enjoy a muffin, rather than a slice of banana bread, for
something different. I think I'll make them so they can be served warm,
but am sure they wouldn't have to be.

P.S. By a block of butter, do you mean like one stick, that would equal
1/2 cup?
