i have never been enamoured of tv even when i could see it, when the chef is
good, its pretty easy to follow the cooking shows, but they just don't hold
my interest, but then not much tv does, i get more out of reading or doing,
i suspect for me that its a function of not being able to sit still all that
long... i saw one or two episodes of idol then became bored and never saw
another... last variety type thing i was fond of was star search with ed
mcmann...
