I like it a lot. _Fat_ didn't have as much to interest me, and I think that
_Odd Bits_ will be even less interesting, since nearly all the theme
ingredients are difficult to find.

I have a similar complaint about _The Complete Robuchon_: Sure, there are
*some* recipes in the book which don't call for ingredients I can't get. But
the entire seafood chapter is worthless to me, since every single dish
centers around some sea-creature which is only found in Mediterranean (or
rarely, Atlantic) waters.
