I have - that's why I posted in disagreement. I eat a spoonful of
coconut oil twice a day for its health _benefits_ - let's repeat that:
for its health _benefits_.

Look up

nutritional profile of coconut oil

or a similar phrase. You'll find plenty of saturated fat, and zero
trans fat.
