Default Sulfur stick hanger

Tom, it depends on which kind of sulfur stick you use. There are two kinds I
have tried, one thick and one thin. The thick ones (the thickness of a piece
of cardboard) do drip when burned so you have to employ a drip catcher. I
bought a small stainless steel device from my local wine supply store but never
really liked it. Sulfur drips build up in the bottom and are hard to clean
out.

The thin ones (the thickness of heavy card stock) don't drip. I have been
sulfuring barrels with the thin ones for ten years using the wire through the
bung method and never had a drip.
