I've had two toes fused, the big toe and the one next to it. Also had the
top amputated off the 2nd one.

Flexibility is not a consideration. Unless you're a ballerina.

I was running 5k's in about 18mins a couple of years after the
fusion/amputation. (As a 32yo)

And I still have no problems with them.
