Wee bit? It's pretty profound to my taste,
though I wonder how much of that is psychological.
I despise white corn meal in all its forms for
that reason. Nevertheless, now that OP has it,
she should try it in familiar recipies so she knows
whether she's a normal person or a white-corn-meal-
loving pervert.
