As stated I'm not much of a fish eater, but I love fish stuffed the way
you wrote. I like all sorts of other seafood so crabmeat is a winner.
I think I remember too much about fish with tiny bones that you have to
pick out. Similar to why I don't like picking and eating crabs at crab
feasts. Too much picking through the icky stuff. The crab I like is
mostly snow crab leg clusters.
