Honey lazed yogurt is good on its own.
A dollop of yogurt is good in a bowl of soups where you might use sour
cream. It can be used in baking.


Friends of mine who had vacationed in Central America came back with a
crepe dish idea. Put a dollop of yogurt on a crepe, spoon over some
fruit salad. Roll it up and drizzle with honey. I have had those for
brunch and for dessert.
