What is your favorite?
I invented one, sort of. I had bought a package of won ton wrappers (I
would love to take a cooking class featuring all the ways to use these)
and tried oil frying and my result was very clumsy.
So I had the bright idea to eliminate the frying...and Crab Rangoon
Cheesecake was born.
Served warm, with a won ton wrapper crust (mostly decorative) and a hot
orange sauce on top. I cheated on the orange sauce-Panda Express sells
bottles of their orange sauce that are the best! Anyway, I took a plain
cheesecake recipe, minus the sugar, and added lots of crabmeat and
minced green onions to it*
