i think that would give more control over the nutmeg taste without
overloading, and imagine, how many will you have to test to get the amount

I was Googling recipes for egg nog truffles, and one I saw had pics of
the finished candy and they sprinkled nutmeg on the pieces after they
were dipped in white chocolate! Very cool! I'm gonna do that, because
that will give the eater the nutmeg experience first, then the white
chocolate/egg nog/rum flavors!!
