You should get as real smoker, Bryan. They have some very good
electric ones now. Can't smoke ribs (or anything else!) for 8-10
hours on a Weber kettle, but you can in a smoker.

Although with that "best BBQed chicken I ever had", I think we were
pushing the time limit!! ;-)
