Well, I don't have a crockpot and I don't roast pork butt with liquid
smoke. I'd put it in the bbq sauce if I wanted a smoky flavor - but
I'm not going to tell her how to do it. She's a big girl and can make
up her own mind. To be honest, I think 2T is too much to use unless
you're making restaurant quantities, but that's another argument.
