Thanks for the vote of confidence ;-) I didn't do BBQ sauce
because I wanted to use the pork in other ways as well.
I reiterate again that the 2T was drizzled over the roast and rubbed
around BEFORE it went into the crockpot.
Most of it was left behind. I didn't want a really smoky taste, just
a hint.
