Louisiana State University (from Baton Rouge) takes on University of Alabama
(from Tuscaloosa) in the upcoming BCS Championship game. Baton Rouge is
squarely in Cajun country, so I'm thinking that some kind of gumbo would
represent them well. But what would be a good food to represent Tuscaloosa?
