Default Noobie over the edge?

No, there are no limits. I tend to add 1-3 carboys each year. I have been
making wine for 25+ years. Think about that. I am currently madly trying
to bottle as much as I can to free up carboys so I can be ready for this
summers fruit with out adding to many more carboys.
