The Roman Chicken recipe was very tasty. I had a bag of Trader Joe's
multi-colored bell peppers, so I used that. I also didn't bother with
the prosciutto because I didn't want that flavor with chicken and I
forgot to add the capers... but all's well that ends well.
BTW: cooking polenta in the oven is "easy as pie", and highly
recommended by me.
