It's okay so long as you eat it instead of, rather than in addition
to, all the other food you'd eat that day.
Actually I love poutine. I make a point of having it several times
each visit to Quebec. A local San Francisco place (Jasper's)
makes a version, but unfortunately their curd cheese does not
"squeak" for some reason. That took some of the fun out of it.
