Shrimp Mango Salad
A tasty and daring combination guaranteed to tickle your taste buds.
1 lb. of cooked mini shrimp
1 cup of sliced half-ripe mango
3 cups of finely shredded cabbage
1 cup of chopped red, yellow and green sweet peppers
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
1/2 cup of chopped onions
2 tsp. of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. of hot pepper
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of black pepper
1/2 tsp. of lemon juice
1. Thoroughly combine mango, shrimp, sweet peppers, cabbage and parsley.
2. Blend mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, hot pepper, salt and black pepper.
3. Thoroughly combine both mixtures.
