Yes, you can't carry in bars or liqueur stores, but you are allowed to
shoot cops (ref. PC 9.31(c)(1), PC 9.31(c)(2), PC 9.32(1))... I don't
believe anyone has actually tested that law, but it's there and included
in the state published CHL pamphlet.
