I'm always up to try new things, and as Carol has spent quite some time in
Asian countries, I'd tend to listen to that 'voice of experience'. Besides,
it's fun to try and hunt down ingredients/products that others use on here
that aren't normal shelf items. (Well, I think so anyway!!)
