Gout can be show up in any joint. Hubby's is mainly in his knees.

Yes, hubby got it because of some medication (probably blood pressure)
too - but he also knows he can't have more than two medium sized
shrimp or he'll get twinges the following day and he's in pure hell if
he eats shrimp or other shellfish two days in a row. If that happens,
he has a pill to take during an attack that he doesn't like because it
makes him so tired.
