>>> We aren't close to being done unpacking... I just got the office
>>> functional and Becca is unpacking in the kitchen. This afternoon we are
>>> going out to eat at a local buffet. Probably have all the foods
>>> designed to bring you luck like pork and kraut, black-eyed peas, greens
>>> or cabbage, etc.
>>>
>>> Cooking related.... I hired two men to help unload the truck the other
>>> day. Two refrigerators, and a chest freezer were first, then boxes and
>>> boxes went into the kitchen, then the Weber Grill and then the Bradley
>>> Smoker. One of the guys said to me, "You folks are really serious about
>>> cooking, aren't you!"
>>>
>>> Moving the freezer turned out to be easy. We put all the frozen food we
>>> had into the freezer and loaded it onto the truck last, just minutes
>>> before we left. Got to TX and ran an extension cord to the truck and
>>> plugged in the freezer... and unloaded it first in the morning. It was
>>> only without power for a little less than 4 hours and nothing defrosted.
>>>
>>> Happy New year to you all!
