I have three packed knife blocks and half a drawerful, but they are
not all or even mostly from Shun. I have many brands.

And don't get me started talking about my pocket knives. I prefer the
Spyderco brand for them, although one of my favorites was
unintentionally donated to the TSA when I flew somewhere last year.
