As few years ago my wife wanted to take me to my favourite local
restaurant for dinner but there was cooking demonstration going on that
night. It turned out to be even more fun that going for dinner. The
chef demonstrated the preparation of each of the dishes that was served;
pumpkin and butternut squash soup, grilled California cut strip steaks
with vegetable bundles and chocolate mousse.

I have but tried doing the vegetable bundles but it did get me started
on soup making.
