I've added a new 'dimension' to the mashed spuds, by using a stick blender
to whizz 'em up. Prior to this we've gone through the 'rustic' stage with
textured mashed spuds with small chunks in them, to mashed spuds with the
skin left on and mooshed in...... and we're now on the silky smooth wagon
:-)
