I have been making larger meatloaves lately because I figured that if
there is going to be leftovers there may as well be enough for dinner
for two. I have started looking forward to the re-heated leftovers. I
think that is is even better than the first time. Lately I have been
making Shepherds Pie (Cottage Pie) and it is also even better the
second time around.
