I have occasionally mixed tuna with drained chopped bottled Italian
"pepper salad" or bottled red roasted peppers. The peppers are oily
enough, even when drained on paper towels, so it doesn;t need any other
dressing except maybe a squeeze of lemon juice and some fresh ground pepper.
