My sister adores tuna and only Kirkland tuna from COSTCO. Her
clue...don't use relish and instead chop up whole sweet pickles.
Enough to alter the just tuna taste, mix with sea salt and fresh
nicely ground pepper and mayo (best Foods, here). Sit for 12 hours. It
does matter. The crunchy sweet pickles make all the difference.
