Chicagoans could care less if people use ketchup but we will judge you
and assume you have the palate of a five year old. kate makes and
eats the same thing 7-10 days in a row so I wouldn't take her tastes
seriously.

Just buy a better quality bun. We have S.Rosen here and they don't
split.
