You keep forgetting that the only way people can come to any judgement
on what you post is by your words (oft proven to be lies) and your
deeds, in these cases shown as pictures of your cooking. Given that you
are prone to lies, your pictures may not even be of your works.

We have only your word for that and that has proven to be more than a
little shaky!

The pics you posted showed very lumpy mash covered by what could best be
described as glop. No doubt the glop was intentional to cover the
evidence of the lumpy mash.

You had to eat ALL of it as no one else would (or could!).

The only people I ever hear making "not everyone in the world .... "
kinds of excuses are attempting to cover up the fact that they screwed
up. My neighbour is prone to usage of the phrase when he makes a comment
and the responses are not to his liking. If you're not prepared for the
gamut of possible responses, don't put your views (or pics) foreward for
discussion.

If our comments are "uninformed" as you say, then it seems you are
wasting your time writing and posting pics of your cooking escapades as
they are all we have to go on. Someone suggested you provide samples to
all and sundry on RFC so they can be "suitably informed". Don't bother!
As any good chef knows, proper presentation of a meal is the start of a
fine dining experience. Your presentation sucks so we will automatically
have much lower expectations.

That would be you!

See above.

The way you run it, it IS a contest where you are always saying "Hey,
look at me!!! look at me!!!" Well, other posters did look at you, did
judge your works and did find you wanting. Get over it or better yet,
get used to it as you will get a lot more negative criticism in future.
