Default Worst Chefs in America

I should be on the show. Last night I spent hours on a potluck dish.
First I bought an enormous package of noodles from the asian store (more
substantial than ramen) boiled those with ramen spice packets. Then I
bought this beautiful package of shredded organic carrots-i kid you not
they were pink and yellow-perfect for baby shower-washed them, Then bag
of baby spinach-washed and removed stems and tore into tiny pieces. Then
a jar of dried beef-used scissors to cut them into thin strips. Tasted
my new bottle of hot oil-too hot for this dish but I needed something to
keep the noodles from sticking so I added some ginger sesame marinade.
So far so good fingers are tasting good. Then I made my fatal error. I
wanted to do lime juice just like I do with my ramen and scrambled egg
breakfast. I do that with one of those little green plastic limes that
squirts juice out. So I bought a bottle of key lime juice from Florida.
Not the same thing at all. To make matters worse I had also bought
limeade juice concentrate which I think is sweetened. That's what I
should have used. Live and Learn. Tossed it out this morning and bought
cartons of macaroni salad for 99 cents.
