Ask Google. The choices are there before you even hit "search". OXO,
Pampered Chef came up and Target came up as where to buy it.

OXO says the serrated peeler is used to "Peel the skins off slippery
and waxy fruits and vegetables"; so I think a regular peeler will work
just fine if you wash the wax off the lemons first.
