For what use do you want to use the semi-sweet chocolate? For many
decades, my family has used the German Bakers semi-sweet chocolate to
make the chocolate ice-box cake (ref: RFC website for the recipe). As
with any recipe, its use makes the difference. Some recipes' success
depend on the quality of the chocolate while the brands of chocolate
won't matter for others. No matter what, it's still a subjective outcome
