It's amazing how hard she works so hard to keep the myth alive. Her
daughter who couldn't eat bread/wheat/gluten (whatever the hell it was, who
can keep up?!) suddenly can. Meanwhile, there are many other "intolerable"
foodstuffs available for the rest of the family. And plenty of quack
doctors out there willing to indulge her, too.
