By some definition you just made up. While good fast food items are
the exception, they exist. Lion's Choice roast beef sandwiches,
Popeye's spicy fried chicken, and Del Taco's bean & cheese burritos
are notable exceptions. I hear that the burgers at What-a-Burger are
as well.
