I used to buy parchment baking pan sheets by the bag, 100 for $19.95
and thought that was so good that I bought bags for daughter and gran,
along with three bags for myself. Most often each sheet is good for
three batches of cookies and we were quite pleased.

All three of us bake often throughout the year, but in preparation for
Christmas baking we each bake huge amounts. Learning that King Arthur
Flour (where I'd gotten the $19.95 bags) is overpriced, and to be sure
none of us ran short I searched online to find the 2k boxes of
"Regular Release Bakery Pan Liners" I have, which are thinner that
"normal" parchment sheets, but I am very happy with getting them (part
#3330005) through http://www.bagcraft.com/foodservice-solutions

I haven't looked, but they also have different sorts of sandwich
papers
