I don't remember what I paid for the 2k box, but I do remember the
cost comparison to KAF's being $9.97 per 100 and BC's being $6.50.
They do sell to anyone. I may have purchased the BagCraft papers
through an amazon.com reference or through referral at
WebRestaurantStore.com.
