Default Egg steamer question

If what you are doing is working, I would not change it.

Nancy said that steamed eggs peel easy, and she was right. I do not have
a steamer, so I just cover the bottom of the pot with water, turn on the
heat, add the eggs and the lid. I usually steam an entire carton, and
they are gone in a couple of days. I will put a couple of eggs in a
salad, make deviled eggs out of some of them.
