Heck, Ag, you need to come apprentice with me for 6 months (no pay, of
course) before giving you the complete plan. How am I ever going to get free
labor if I just give the thing away? :-) Seriously, I'd be happy to
consult with anyone who is serious about opening their own 'Q joint. And
there are others, like Chef Juke and Big Jim, who are dang generous with
their time that have high levels of experience and expertise in this type of
gig.
