I still have a couple of bottles of '75 Palmer -- I haven't tasted
it in ten years! When I get down to one or two bottles, I hesitate
to open one. I have many '70s, just one or two bottles of each:
Mouton, la Gaffliere, LaTour, etc. I'm sure they're over the hill
by now.
