Hi Bryan. What the hell are "pounding walks?" hehehe Did you coin that
phrase? I've never heard it. Do you do long fast walks and stomp all the
miles like you are ****ed off at something? (Long walks would **** me off
too though)

And what is pedorthics? Oh, I know but why didn't you just say SHOES! ;-)
running shoes, walking shoes, exercise shoes. Who the hell would call them
pedorthics other than some foot doctor that owns stock in a shoe company?

Some ppl here call me out for things I say but I don't say things that I
don't know about (like the diet stuff). I happened to be a serious runner
for years so I do know something about diets and running shoes, etc.

About the shoes though. It's funny....I tried many kinds and as it turned
out, the cheapest shoes I could buy were the best ones in the long run. I
wasted so much money trying the more fancy expensive ones but always
returned to the cheapos. I'm not suggesting anything to anyone else....for
me though, the cheapest running shoes worked best. I was lucky.

Gary

I would laugh though to see "pounding shoes" in the store. Probably low
carb.
